Biography

Peter Wilford has a background in Human Resources and Training of over 30 years. His wide experience includes financial services in the City (Charterhouse PLC, Noble Group), oil (Texaco), telecommunications (Cable and Wireless) and construction and engineering (Biwater, Trafalgar House/Kvaerner).

Peter moved from employment to set up his own business and retrained enhancing his skills and expertise. He ran a niche consultancy providing tailored products and services to SME’s and mid cap organisations undergoing change and has managed a portfolio career. As a Career and outplacement consultant he delivers one to one coaching and group support to the corporate and private markets. He is BPS accredited for testing and assessment and is a Fellow of the CIPD.

Peter has worked with organisations across most business sectors, private and public and at all levels from graduates to CEO’s from shop floor to boardroom. His experience ranges from people entering the job market for the first time to those with many years experience looking to make a career move, discover new options and avenues including self employment or identify, develop and utilise their broader transferable skills, mid career.

His clients include lawyers, surveyors, engineers, architects, sales and finance specialists, teachers, marketing, advertising, PR and media executives and those from entertainment and broadcasting and in local government and charities. He has worked with and mentored many HR and Training specialists.

David Roden

David has 18 years of consolidated experience encompassing business development, executive career coaching and workshop delivery focused on career transitions. He has worked with the private sector, including global financial and pharmaceutical institutions; the public sector, encompassing national and local entities as well as the third sector.

He is a seasoned, effective and popular career coach. Energising and insightful, bringing a breadth of knowledge to groups and individuals from all backgrounds regardless of seniority or function.

Alison Clarke MA

Alison trained as an actor and quickly discovered that her real passion lay in rehearsal; the developing of performance, collaboration and the audience experience. This led to her developing her skills as a director. For twenty years she worked extensively in the Far and Middle East creating theatre for English speaking ex patriot and local audiences. This ranged from sophisticated dinner theatre commissioned by five star hotels to issue based theatre in education programmes touring to schools. Alongside this she worked with corporate clients and individuals to improve their performance, using rehearsal techniques to create relaxed, solution focussed workshops.

On returning to the UK fifteen years ago she continued her professional development with a master’s degree in applied theatre at The Central School of Speech and Drama, while founding Dramatic Results, a company which creates and performs forum theatre in organisations ranging from international banks and the NHS to a Women’s prison. Alison works with individuals to give them the tools they need to identify the ‘role’ they are playing in any situation, how this is perceived by their ‘audience’, what they want their audience to see, hear and feel and how to achieve this. Clients range from main board directors of international companies to non native speaking university students preparing for internships in British Companies. She hugely enjoys working in collaboration with other organisations and professionals from other disciplines.

Suzie Sawyer Dip ION BANT

Nutritionist

Suzie graduated from the Institute for Optimum Nutrition in 2003 and has been working in private practice as a Clinical Nutritionist both in Harley Street, London and in West Sussex since then with the main aim of bringing her clients back to optimal health. Too many people continue feeling less than 100% well much of the time which leads to their lives being compromised by health issues that may be solved by nutritional intervention.

Suzie has always been enthusiastic about educating people on the subject of nutrition and providing them with the knowledge and motivation to make significant and lasting changes to their lives. She uses this approach to great effect both in private practice and within the business world.

Suzie has a strong business background herself and has worked with a number of large companies and organisations delivering inspirational and effective nutritionally biased health and wellness programmes. Her passion for her subject radiates through her presentations and engages her clients on their desires to feel well and vibrant. She delivers tangible and measurable results both to individuals and companies with improved health benefits and reductions in staff absenteeism.
