Our services can be focused on 1-1 programmes and/or group sessions.

People who have been made redundant often, understandably, feel angry and bitter.  We help them move forward quickly and confidently to the next phase of their work, career and life.

We like them to view any redundancy as an “opportunity” and a time for reflection as well as for action.

Our input is personal and it varies from person to person. We always look to work in a way that best suits the individual and their organisation.

We offer one-to-one coaching, group workshops or resource centres, remote telephone / Skype support, or a combined approach.

Our Support Centre also offers self-help materials and information sources.

 

  1. Career Management

We offer support services for employees who remain with the company and have not been included in a formal redundancy programme / consultation process.

Here the focus is on enhancing employee morale and confidence building especially where they might have been asking the question “Will I be next? or “What happens to my role now and I am I safe in my job” as a result of the changes made in the organisation / business restructure

We also provide a programme of guidance and support to new starters in their First 90 Days to help them make an early impact and contribution to the business.

This includes:

  1. Outsourced Training Management

We provide a bespoke retained training management service for your organisation. Typically this can vary from 1 day per week to 2/3 days per month.

This includes:

  • Managing your training activity
  • Coaching your managers
  • Managing the training budget
  • Evaluating the training undertaken by employees
  • Raising the profile of learning and development across the business

 

  1. Personality and Ability Assessment

We deliver this on a project basis:

  • Psychometric testing / profiling for new starters or to enhance team working
  • Helping people identify their skills and assessing ability and potential as part of a performance management or training programme

 

  1. Recruitment & Induction

We provide a tailored recruitment service on-site for you or link you to external recruiters.

This service is charged per day/half day basis/hourly rate.
