I read an interesting article on Job Interviews, from The Guardian website recently and it made me think about interview preparation.
As a Career Coach I regularly help people prepare for interview and I’ve found that (just as the article says) many people don’t think preparation is possible. That’s not true, preparation, from deciding what clothes to wear, to planning the route to the interview, to preparing answers to frequently asked questions can all help to build confidence and interview skills.
